A good teacher is a lifelong learner. This journey started 29 years back. Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Acupressure, etc. has been learnt and taught for 26+ years. Yog For Yourself is a combination of all the best practices suitable for anyone who wants to reap the benefits of Yoga routinely.

She’s being teaching Yoga across different cities like New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Nagpur. She had also worked with a lot of organisations like Members of Administrative Staff College, National Academy of Defence Production, ASIAD Village, PARA Troopers, Air Force Centre, Secunderabad Club etc.

This International Day Of Yoga, on Jun 21st, over 1500+ participants were a part of the multiple sessions that we conducted. This included students of prestigious school in Bengauluru.

This journey has enabled them to connect with people who have enriched life and this community will only grow larger in the coming days.

We at Yog For Yourself used to conduct Yog sessions daily into 3 batches.
